L&B Direct is thrilled to introduce our newest member of the team, Michelle Finnell! We are always looking for exciting new talent, and this month we struck gold. Michelle has joined our team as a recruiter, and in only a few days has left her mark on the company. To celebrate her addition to the team, we have decided to sit down with her to discuss her life, goals, and successes in business.

“Yes! I was a dancer, gymnast, and cheerleader for most of my life.”

How did that competitive environment help develop you?

“All of that competition helped me know what hard work and self-discipline were, as well as how to work with a team.

Did you have any idea you would end up in this field?

“I graduated with a degree in Marketing and International Business, so I always wanted to work with a marketing firm. I’ve been in sales for about two years and I love it! I also minored in Spanish, which was fun.”

“One quality that I am bringing to the table and contributing to the team is dedication, and also a drive to succeed in this company. I’ve always been appreciative of what the organizations I have worked for have done for me, as well as what I can do for them. I’m a loyal and dedicated employee who wants to do my absolute best for the company I work for!”

Do you have any previous recruiting experience?

“I do not have any experience in recruiting or human resources, so I am very excited about learning more and trying to give it my best!”
